DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We will send your order with Schenker or Posten. The order is packed and shipped from our store at Kalendeg. 13 in Malmö within 1-2 days. Normal delivery time is 2-4 days and your parcel will be taken to your nearest representative.
Should the delivery time may be longer for some reason, you will be notified by phone or email.
You, the customer always has the right to cancel the purchase upon delivery delays. We always do our best to fulfill your order.
There may be circumstances that make it impossible to complete the order, for example, when our supplier is unable to fulfill his commitment to us.
Compensation is not payable in the event of late delivery.
Risks during transport
We provide the transportation risk from our warehouse to you (ie, damaged or lost goods). You bear the risk of possible return to us.
If the package has a visible injury, which may have affected the condition of the item you ordered, do not take it. Make a complaint directly to the delivery point and ask them to return the package to Irmas Hus AB and write the reason for the return of the package. Call or email the customer service at Irmas Hus AB and report it.
Should any of the items you ordered have a considerable longer delivery time than other items, we can in some cases split your order. As a customer, you’ll never pay more than the agreed original shipping.
Sweden: 49kr for orders under 1200 SEK.
Free shipping on orders over 1200 SEK.
Within Europe: 199 SEK
Outside Europe: ask for shipping cost.

If you select shipping option pick up in store, you can, from the time you receive an order confirmation pick up your order at our store at Kalendeg. 13 in Malmö.
