Buying Conditions


To shop with us you must be 18 or have permission from parent or guardian. Irmas Hus AB must be able to assess your home address. We reserve the right to cancel orders from people who had given false personal information and / or have any payment default.

Prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. Outside the EU please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Facts and prices be subject to typographical errors, supplier’s price and inventory, possibly incorrect technical specifications that and for final sale. We can not guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the product in reality. The colours depend on the settings on your computer or photographed image.

When ordering agreement for the purchase is only when Irmas Hus AB confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order has been received by Irmas Hus AB. If you have not received an order confirmation after your final order there is an error. Please contact customer service or email us.
If the delivery time changes in the order you will be notified as soon as possible.

Please look through the order confirmation to match. Should you cancel your order or if you want to change something, please urgently email us so that we have time to modify or stop your order before it is delivered. Irmas Hus AB has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been made ​​by the customer.

Please note that because our stock is shared with the store, you may find that sometimes our webshop do not always get updated with the correct size availability.


Fill out the Return Form to get a return ID number.

You have 14 days in return policy. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods. This obviously applies also for sale and price reduction goods. You can try the product but do not use it. Be careful with the tags included on every garment , we do not accept returns without original label.

Some things to consider when receiving a package:

1. Remember to be careful when opening any packaging, it should at rebounds  be returned in the same condition as you received it .

2. Price tags / labels shall remain.

3. It must be returned in original packaging with any original documents .

4. Save the waybill,  which is included in the package along with the order confirmation or invoice .

5. Try the garment, but do not use clothes.

6. At a return , fold the garment in a similar way you received it. This is to avoid it becoming wrinkled.

In summary , one can say that the contents of your return must be returned in the same condition you received it .


Return shipping is paid by you the customer. We inspect all returns we receive before we approve them. Have you paid your order with the credit card the money will be brought back to the credit card is linked to. It usually take between 3-6 business days. Have you ordered your order by invoice, it is important that we receive the return before the due date of invoice. First when we receive it, we can credit the value of the invoice.
The shipping amount + any other goods remaining is to be paid. No new invoice is  sent out, however, an email confirmation that we received the return + invoice amount to be paid. When your return is processed you will receive a confirmation via email.

The shipping cost will not be repaid.

NOTE! You as the customer has the financial responsibility that your return reaches us.


We accept no returns of garment in any of the following:

• Is the apparent use or otherwise deviate significantly from their original condition.

• If the original tags and packaging are missing or damaged.

The return must be received within 14 days of your package picked out.

Do you want to complain about a product , please first email us at and tell us clearly what is wrong / damaged  with item.

First , we examine whether it is possible to repair the item, if it is not possible complaint will be replaced with a new one. Do we have the product in stock we will send you a new one. Is it no longer in stock we will make a return and you get back what you put out for the item. Save package ID number. You have responsibility for the package until we receive it . For complaints , we stand for the return shipping. Claims address is the same as the return address.


We disclaim any responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include war, warlike events , civil war, revolution , insurrection or because of government action , strikes, lockouts , blockades or similar event.
